Oh, Hot Damn! A Punk Jam!
Darren, Fox-Populi’s Alice, and a random hedgehog got themselves a punker’s jam goin’ on! Punk rock on!
I don’t know what bass Alice is supposed to use, but the single humbucker and two knobs (volume and tone) is evocative of the Dean Edge 09, so that was my basis (incidentally one I have in real life).
Darren has a Brownsville Strato-clone with a Humbucker Single coil Single coil (HSS) pickup setup from bridge to neck, three knobs (one volume and one tone for each single coil), and a whammy bar (the guitar I have IRL, but the one Darren is using has black knobs and a solid black pick guard, while mine has white knobs (one’s I’m convinced are for a right-handed guitar) and a white mother-of-pearl pick guard).
The drummer I just made up to have the bare essentials for a band, and his spikes are purple so no one would think I’m referencing any Sonic character. Just a standard three-tom (two on the bass drum rack, one floor) single bass set with three cymbals (two crash and a ride in the middle; you don’t count the hi-hat). Might make him an OC; we’ll see…
The First Black Birthday
Today is Dragoneer’s birthday. His first without him. He would have turned 45 today. We still miss you.
If it looks like I’m still on this, it’s because it is, and that’s because FurAffinity was such an important site for me in the dark days of my high school days, and death hits me pretty hard to begin with.

Celebration of Life, Vision for Tomorrow
Today is the celebration of life for the late Dragoneer. I’m not at Fur the ‘More, but I’m still celebrating it anyway with this.
We all still miss you, Sean. I wish, hope, you can see the outpouring of love you’re still getting.
A Belly for Your Troubles

Fem!Darren’s taken up belly dancing at an exotic club and has seen you’re a down-and-out customer. With a heart as big as her womb, he’s taken an eye for you and has offered you a private show to lift your spirits. This comes complete with feeling the kicks, listening to the heartbeats, playing with the belly breasts, and kissing the belly. Management has a policy against letting the customers touch the merchandise, so this show’s not exactly officially sanctioned, but Fem!Darren’s not one to care; it knows the club’s clientele, and they see the hurt and the need to touch, to feel something good and to connect in your eyes.
I won this in a 100-watcher milestone raffle from The_Book_of_Aldera on FurAffinity about a week ago.
