This whole #Trump / #Musk thing is absolutely wild and admittedly is kind of flying in the face of staunch dialectical materialism, in my view.

We have a case in which the corporate oligarchs have completely won control over the government and have the ability and the drive to do everything they want to do without a mask. Fascism. And yet, unlike past forms of fascism, they're doing things that completely shoot themselves, via their class, in the foot. Dismantling #USAID, attacking their closest trade partners, and now considering withdrawing from #NATO?

It really goes to show how a lack of education goes both ways. The system of defunding education and propagandizing individualism, anti-intellectualism, and Randian bullshit has produced a left wing that can't even see straight most days...but not only that, it seems to have produced a capitalist class that doesn't even know what that means anymore.

US imperialism is on a fast track to completely destroying itself, without any intervention whatsoever from a toothless left, and...I'm kinda here for it. #communism #anticapitalism #anarchism

I can't say I'm looking forward to America collapsing without a strong left-wing force (preferably Marxist) to take control when this collapse happens. Given how right-wing America is, without a strong left-wing force, America's collapse will likely mean that a far-right fascist, likely military, dictatorship will swoop in to take control. 1/2

it's pretty weird to see accelerationism play out in real time - The Left withdrew support of electoral government & within an election or 2 the government almost immediately fell into open fascism. The technocratic right is high on the hog now, but it's only the honeymoon phase

@☭ 𝗖 𝗔 𝗧 ☭ It isn't accelerationism when it's already happening. Accelerationism requires action, and American communists can't even tie their own damn shoes. The best the international left can do is sit back and at least be grateful that instead of fascism building the American empire on a whole new level, it's so utterly stupid at this point that it will instead result in the destruction of that godforsaken country.
