No, the problem is that Democrats have for years run with the mantra that you can fight evil by just not being evil, and doing nothing else, and people have stopped buying it. The population is desperate, and the last thing they want is someone who will do nothing. It's pretty fucked up, really, to just say that over 50% of the population of the United States is evil and that's why Democrats lost.
