Well, I just opened up a new Friendica instance, and its registration is open, too~

We absolutely need a decentralized alternative to Youtube and TikTok though. PeerTube just hasn't taken off, and most instances I find are closed to registrations. Rednote might honestly be their best bet if they aren't willing to step into the fediverse; we at least know it won't censor content considered dangerous to the American regime.
