The funny thing is: I still don't actually think Luigi did it. But he's become such a sensation, such a symbol of active, violent resistance, and there's such an immense amount of support for what he supposedly did, that it kind of doesn't matter anymore.

That isn't to say that the media isn't glad to pivot to Luigi instead of an actual anticapitalist who did it. Imagine if people got to celebrate a communist and how quickly the tables would turn then.

My tinfoil hat might be getting thick, but I'm still with you there myself. It was all a little too convenient, there were too many holes for my liking, and the media stopped talking about it a bit too quickly once the perpwalk revealed that folks still support Luigi/whoeveritwas despite state and media efforts.

I'm a little sad that an innocent guy might be taking the heat, if it wasn't him, but unless folks stand up it's largely irrelevant.

And damn, if he was actually a lefty? WOO!
